I have no idea why there is a dummy of a boy standing in a window display, wrapped in yellow caution tape and holding a torch. I know it is next door to a children’s daycare and it is on a busy road, so maybe it is someone’s attempt to make people take extra care when driving by. All I know is that every time I walk passed it, I do a double take.
