Finland 100: 85 – Wooden Barn with Metal

I came across this barn on a cold, clear morning when out walking with the kids. The sun has not risen above the treetops yet but the clear blue sky is reflected in the corrugated iron of the roof and every blade of grass is covered in a dusting of ice. It feels like everything is so finely balanced in the winter stillness that there’s a kind of magic in the air. A bit of wind, a few rays of sun, and it’d all be gone.
